Wei Jye Iron Works Co., Ltd., was founded in 1989 and started out in steel structures. In response to changes in the market, Wei Jyue began specializing in the production of high-precision panel components, building materials, art designs. Laser cutting ses laser beams to cut materials that are hard to work. Advantages include high speed, high precision, high quality, minimum material damage and even cutting surface. Maximum working dimensions: 2m x 6mMaximum working thickness: 25mm.

The laser pipe cutter

The laser pipe cutter can process round piping with a diameter of up to 250mm and square piping smaller than 200 x 200 mm. Maximum working length is 9m for feed and 6mm for blanks. Small piping does not affect production efficiency. The specially designed piping bracket ensures that the surface of stainless steel piping are not scratched when loaded into the machining center.

Uneven surfaces produced by laser cutting, flame cutting or CNC machining of metal materials can be evened out through hydraulic finishing. No mechanical stresses are created during the process. This also makes subsequent processes such as welding, folding and rolling safer, faster and more convenient to carry out. Can be used with plating with a thickness between 0.5mm ~ 12mm.

The stamping press has the highest throughput in the world and can be automated for all applications. It can carry out scratch-free punching, forming and skeleton-free processing. High machining efficiency with a stroke rate of up to 2800 strokes/min.

WATER JET

Idroline
The water cutter can be used for cutting all kinds of industrial materials including building materials, composites and metals. Almost no heat is generated during the cutting process, and the metal properties are not changed as well; 5-axis cutter can be remove angles from edges. The surface of the cut is finished and does not require secondary machining.

The use of robotic arms greatly increases flexibility and reduces blind spots during welding. The OTC 6-axis robotic arm satisfies the requirements of automated welding and produces complete, high-quality welds. The use of professional welding bench and equipment results in optimal weld quality.
